Morgan Stanley's Brussels out

An open-ended fund managed by Morgan Stanley is to sell a large Brussels office tower as part of its liquidation plan. The bank's P2 Value fund has appointed Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate to sell the Blue Tower (above) in Brussels, which it bought for €100m in 2007. The fund is selling assets because it has insufficient liquidity to pay back investors that want to take their money out of the fund.
