London-based fashion designer Fleur B has signed for a second store, at 20 Duke Street in the West End, as part of plans to grow to five sites in the capital in the next five years. Designer Fleur Bird launched the label online last year and opened her first store in Chelsea in June this year. The brand has retained Coughlan Lewis to find further sites in London. The 1,205 sq ft Duke Street site was taken on a 15-year lease at £54/sq ft from Great Portland Estates, represented by Nash Bond, and is expected to open this month.
