I'm excited by the opportunities in the east Midlands. It's a complex market, dominated more than most by local players. The experience of these companies means they have expert knowledge. We recently provided a substantial loan to an east Midlands housebuilder - unusual in the market but a conservative company supported by a great asset base, which allows it to take advantage of the opportunity for development while others are stymied by overextension.
