Ing Real Estate Is In Advanced Talks for a third time to sell its 88 Wood Street property in the City of London - this time to Rockspring Property Investment Managers.The global fund manageris thought to be selling the Lord Rogers-designed building for £181.5m, reflecting a yield of around 6.86%. It is selling the asset with 'stapled' debt, wherebythe bank debt on the building comes with the deal. Rockspring would have to provide around 30% equity.It is thought that a Far East investor is backing Rockspring.
