Everyman To Star At Trinity Leeds

Boutique cinema operator Everyman is to make its northern debut at the Trinity Leeds scheme (pictured).Everyman has exchanged contracts with Trinity Quarter Developments -a joint venture between Land Securities and Caddick Developments - to take 25,000 sq ft as the scheme's leisure anchor.The four-screen cinema will be its first venue outside the south-east.The 1m sq ft scheme will include more than 120 shops and will transform the Burton and Trinity arcades and Leeds Shopping Plaza into a single shopping area.Trinity Quarter Developments plans to open the scheme in 2011.Everyman has cinemas in London's Hampstead, Belsize Park, Islington and Baker Street, and in Surrey and Winchester.
