C&W equity partner Bignell takes top role at CBRE

CBRE has poached Cushman & Wakefield equity partner Zoe Bignell to spearhead the expansion of its UK development and residential capital markets business. Bignell has been appointed to jointly manage the 65-strong division with Peter Burns, who leads the team's transactional business. In her new role, Bignell will lead teams delivering development advisory services for clients across all asset classes throughout the UK.
