Warren takes top CBRE resi role

CBRE Residential has appointed Chesterton director Samuel Warren to head up its marketing of central London development schemes to international investors. In his role as head of international sales and marketing, central London residential, Warren is tasked with expanding the firm's international sales operation, which in 2015 worked mainly across mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand and the Middle East.
