Industry mourns loss of industrial agent James Swallow

Tributes for one of the industry's "special characters", James Swallow, flooded in this week after he passed away last weekend. The Avison Young principal and former CBRE and JLL industrial agent died suddenly at the age of 38. Swallow (pictured) had only started at the Canadian firm in May, having been poached from CBRE, and was responsible for growing its industrial property business in the Midlands and South East.
