Given the number of petrolheads in property, you would have thought classic car-racing clubs would be ten a penny. Not so. But now Dare Property founder Nick Dare and Licita director Ramon Lorenzo have raced to close the gap in the market. The pair have launched the Property Road Racing Club, which Dare describes as "a vehicle" - geddit? - "for those of us with an interest in vintage rides to head off to venues with a property and motoring-related slant like the redeveloped Second World War airbases or Brooklands".
