摘要

本文阐述了一种工程机械油门控制系统的油门操纵阀，是对现有同类产品的结构进行改型设计和更新换代，避免了异物卡死操纵阀的现象，从而提高产品的使用寿命；采用焊接件总成取代了铝支架，缩短了生产周期，大大降低了成本，提高了产品的性能，简化了产品结构，使得驾驶操作更舒适。%This paper expounded a type pf throttle valve with en-gineering mechanical throttle control system which is a remodel-ing design and upgrading of the structures of the present similar products, and it ensures that the valve can avoid getting stuck by foreign matters, thus improving the service life of products; it substitutes welding assembly for aluminum stand, which shortens the production cycle, greatly reduces the cost, improves product properties, and optimizes the product structure, making the oper-ation more comfortable.
