Oriana thinks big on Oxford Street

Oriana, the joint venture between Frogmore Real Estate Partners and Land Securities, is working on plans for a second phase of development at the eastern end of Oxford Street. The developers signed Primark in August last year as a tenant for a 140,000 sq ft shop at a site it owns on the eastern end of Oxford Street, near to Tottenham Court Road Tube station. The shop is being developed and is on track to be handed to the retailer for fit-out at the end of October. The store is expected to be trading by spring 2012.
