Jones Lang LaSalle's 45 staff in Manchester are on the 7,800 sq ft 10th floor of Chancery Place, Spring Gardens, built by Irish developer Blue Cube. King Sturge has nine years left on its lease at Piccadilly Gardens and JLL eight years at Chancery Place.
