Prime yields were yet again largely unchanged in February, ending the month at 5.67%, just one basis point lower than in January. The only subsectors in which yields dropped were parts of the retail warehouse and food market. "It has been a fairly subdued start to 2011 in terms of market activity," says David Erwin, chief executive of UK capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield. "Most of the overhang deals from the back of last year have gone through successfully but relatively few new transactions have been structured.
