Crest Nicholson aims to nearly double its housing output before a potential flotation in three or four years'time. Stephen Stone, chief executive of the housebuilder, told Property Week he wanted to build back the company's housing completions to the "upper 2,000s" from 1,520 last year and focus on the south-east and London. He wants his London team to triple its output from 100 to 300 units a year to produce a £100m division.
