Battersea Power Station is without doubt the most anticipated development in London and will finally commence on site in July 2013 following it's purchase last year by a Malaysian consortium comprising SP Setia, Sime Darby and EPF. Strategically located on the South Bank of the River Thames, Battersea Power Station will be an iconic piece of London's cultural landscape and a new Town Centre for the City. The ambitious 8.1m sqft Rafael Vinoly designed scheme is also Central London's biggest development hailed by The Mayor as 'the most important project in the City since the Olympics'.
