Aylesbury: Tesco is seeking outline planning permission for 168 homes on a site adjoining its Tring Road store, which was originally acquired for a store extension. Barnet: Consent has been granted for 31 homes, including the former Optex site on Victoria Road. Belper: After failing to secure planning permission for an 80,000 sq ft store, the supermarket chain has now put in an outline planning application for 100 homes. Burnham-on-Sea: Outline consent fora small housing development of 17 homes has been granted as part of an extension to an existing store. The land has been marketed for sale and Tesco is in discussions with a developer.
