Sir, Your research and commentary on the potential impact for Scottish property of a "Yes" vote in September's referendum makes very interesting reading. It reminded me about your 2014 predictions editorial (Analysis 10.01.14) when you referred to Scotland and commented, "Why put your money there unless you absolutely have to?" However, I would like to reinforce and update you on the point made by Nick Scott, head of real estate at legal firm Brodies, (PW letters 24.01.14) that this negative sentiment has yet to have any material impact on the commercial property market in Scotland. Three months on I would argue that nothing has changed.
