A key asset of Irish property company Glenkerrin has been bought out of administration, paving the way for the development of a 62-storey residential tower on the Isle of Dogs. Chalegrove Properties has bought the City Pride pub and Island Point, two development sites on Marsh Wall near Canary Wharf, for a total of £43m from administrators at Grant Thornton. The development company used a Jersey-registered vehicle called Landmark North to complete the purchase last week of City Pride at 15 Marsh Wall for a tower of high-end flats and Island Point for 166 affordable housing units.
