The administrators to Irish property company Glenkerrin's UK assets have placed the first one up for sale, less than a month after being appointed. Grant Thornton has instructed Knight Frank to sell the Forge, a block of 128 flats on London's Isle of Dogs, for up to £30m. The block produces a total annual income of £2.1m.
