US firm adds Insite to asset manager

Insite Asset Management has formed a strategic alliance with US advisory and valuations firm GS Realty Group to find, purchase and manage retail and leisure properties across Europe for third-party clients. The partnership has been forged after Capital Shopping Centres' former property director, Caroline Kirby, joined Insite as a consultant. GS Realty is an affiliate of GS Companies, which manages around $500m of property assets in the US. Insite is a property asset management business that was set up in London in 2009. The firm has worked with MGPA, Squarestone, Belfast Office Properties and Westfield Stratford City.
