Shared parental leave begins to make its mark on industry

Graham Burrell, capital allowances lead at CBRE, had his son in May 2018. In the same month, CBRE introduced enhanced shared parental leave (ESPL), which meant that he could be paid his full wages while taking shared parental leave. After using his initial two weeks' paternity leave, Burrell went on shared parental leave in August and over the Christmas period.
