摘要

Companies invest incredible amounts of time, money and energy in employee training. Yet, one question remains largely unanswered: What is the return on the investment for all this training? When considering training, most companies start by asking, "What is the goal?" For most companies, the goal of training is either to influence what the audience knows or to influence what the audience does. The problem arises when those involved assume that classroom training can achieve either goal effectively.
