Allstate Insurance Co. released its annual Allstate America's Best Drivers Report, which ranks the 200 largest U.S. cities in terms of car collision frequency to identify those with the safest drivers. The report deems Fort Collins, CO, as America's Safest Driving City. The average driver in that city, according to the report, will experience an auto collision every 14.5 years-about 31% less likely than the national average. "The people of Fort Collins have made me proud to live in this community," says Mayor Doug Hutchinson. "Becoming America's Safest Driving City takes quality roads and infrastructure.
