Safe-in-Sound Awards Open for Nominations

NIOSH, in partnership with National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA), is accepting nominations for the 2011 Safe-in-Sound Excellence in Hearing Loss Prevention Awards. The awards honor excellent hearing loss prevention practices in the work environment. Applicants are evaluated against key performance indicators in a review process that evaluates hearing loss prevention programs in each of three industrial sectors: manufacturing, construction and services.
