This podcast presents information about how to evaluate the best way to communicate with different types of collegues. It focuses on how SH&E consultants can effectively present information to a wide variety of people with differing personalities and expertise.This podcast provides insight for those involved in the national or international arena, where state or national boundaries present differences in the regulatory approach to qualifications and the status of occupational safety and health workers. Using a current European project as a case study, which aims to harmonize standards of qualifications and remove obstacles to work abroad, the webinar discusses concepts and constraints of competency and qualification.
