This revision to Z10 is important work. Prudent safety professionals will study the standard's requirements to determine whether additional skills and capabilities are needed and take steps to acquire those skills. Having done so, they will be equipped to guide on implementing safety management system elements that may not exist in the organizations to which they give counsel.
