People working in corporate responsibility are to have a single voice following the launch of plans for a professional body. Planning to create a new Institute of Corporate Responsibility is taking place to acknowledge the maturing of the corporate responsibility profession. The Corporate Responsibility Group (CRG), the longstanding network for corporate responsibility and sustainability practitioners in the UK, is creating the body in response to corporate responsibility and sustainability practitioners who wanted to join an organisation as individuals, to help promote and recognise their professional standing and support them in developing their skills.
