The present invention relates to a headhunting mediation service method and, more specifically, to a headhunting mediation service method which mediates a corporation and a headhunter so as to allow a corporate manager to hire outstanding individuals desired by the corporate manager. A headhunting mediation service system is configured to comprise: a corporate terminal (300) offering a job through a headhunting server; a headhunter terminal (200) connecting a job seeker to a desired corporation; and a headhunting server (100) providing a headhunting mediation service. Moreover, the headhunting server manages headhunting fees in the middle and divides and distributes the headhunting fees except mediation fees based on a headhunting service guarantee period.
