CMI and MoralDNA™ are examining the links between ethical attitudes and management cultures. CMI members were invited to take part in the survey in November and a report is due in spring 2014. Ethical leadership and management are high on the agenda of an ever-increasing number of organisations, yet sometimes firms' high-minded words fail to reflect the reality.
