What do you think are the latest topics that management education should explore? We need to start joining the dots much more. We need to teach systems thinking [the idea that all processes are interconnected]. We would soon realise we have a common purpose to increase long-term wellbeing for all. Beyond that, anyone in management should be an excellent marketer, as well as an excellent systems thinker and reflector.
