Consumer Groups Urge Action On Cpsc Bills

A coalition of consumer groups may 15 urged Congress to finish action on the two CPSC reauthorization bills passed by either house. The groups are Consumer Federation of America, Consumers Union, Kids in Danger, National Research Center for Women & Families, Public Citizen, and U.S. Public Interest Research Group. They urged that a final bill contain:rn1. Definition of Children's Product: Because children of different ages may share toys in the same home, children's products should include items for grade school youth.
