INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS CONCERNING LAND USE PATTERN OF USE DISTRICT FOR RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

摘要

This report describes investigation and analysis of old category II exclusive residential district and land use pattern of residential district. Even within the same use district, the land use pattern could differ greatly depending on the height and bulk zoning and relationship with stations. Also, with respect to the strip zoning system district, number of story of building and ratio of fireproof buildings tend to be higher, though the values there of could differ depending on contents of height and bulk zoning and district conditions.
