Cenveo Expansions Tempered By Its NYSE Delisting Warning

Cenveo Inc. welcomed the new year with a trio of announcements that touched its digital printing, mailing and label production divisions. But the activity was tempered by a delisting warning from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The first move saw the company expand its West Coast mailing and digital printing operations. Cenveo is increasing its production services in the Los Angeles marketplace by expanding its Vernon, California, facility. The Vernon location's footprint will increase to more than 100,000 square feet and combine mailing services, digital printing, warehousing/distribution and client services. In addition to the expansion of space and services, Cenveo will be strengthening its production resources by obtaining additional digital equipment and bindery services.
