摘要

Sarcon 30HR silicon-based thin film exhibits a 1.7 W/m°K thermal conduc tivity when placed between a heat source such as a semiconductor and heatsink. Eliminates air gaps between components. Thermal resistance is 0.42℃in~2/W; for applications with operational temperatures from -60° to +180℃. V-0 flame-retardant.
