摘要

On literary data and own result the service life of non-oxides ceramics-based heat irradiator is analysed. It is established that if heat irradiator work in the thermal cycling mode and if they are made of materials with use of silicon nitride, service life can make a more than 20000 on-off cycles. It is shown, that the service life of heat irradiator correlates with value and sign of resistance temperature coefficient of conducting layer of functionally graded composites.
