摘要

The processing phylosophy for fabrication of monoblock ceramic functional elements for heat-generating purposes are considered. The processing schemes for formation procedures of functional layers in element and some regularities of structure formation in active layers are described. the active layers of functional element is characterized by preset resistance. The positive value of resistance temperature factor of heat-radiative body is shown to promote self-stabilization of radiator surface temperature at persistence of consumed capasity.
