摘要

Detailed optimization of the EPD conditions including solvent ratio in the suspension and withdrawing speed of the substrate, has enabled the fast and large size colloidal crystal film fabrication. The 4 steps growth mechanism of the colloidal crystal film was elucidated. The potential of these films filled with PDMS elastomer for the strain detection sensor and volatile liquid sensor was also shown based on the investigation of the swelling phenomena.
