Zhenhua Port Machinery Company's (ZPMC) market dominance continues this year as it takes the top spot for ship-to-shore crane orders yet again. The PdI league table shows 62 units on order from the Chinese manufacturer, although it should be noted that 20 of these comprise an order for the port of Long Beach, USA featured in last year's survey. This order is due for completion as this issue of PdI goes to press. The table shows the joint second biggest order books belong to Fantuzzi Reggiane and Noell Crane Systems, each of which have orders for 24 units. It should be remembered that the two manufacturers are partner companies and collectively have 48 units on order, which outstrips their nearest rival by 33 units.
