Q Hey Liz, I am getting ready to drop a crate 302 into my '65 Mustang. The engine did not come with exhaust manifolds or headers, so it's up to me to buy them. I see many of the big manufacturers sell headers coated or just painted. It seems to be less expensive to buy the precoated ones than to have the painted ones stripped and coated. Is there any reason not to do this?
