Ryan Fultz of Noblesviile, Indiana, won the 2011 PHR Photo Contest sponsored by Nitto, which we covered in our Jan. '12 issue. For his winning effort, Ryan won his choice of any set of tires in any type and size that Nitto makes. Weil, Ryan finally got his tires in the size he wanted, and decided to tell us how he's going to use them on his '68 Chevelle (check out the photo).
