Have you found a duty belt configuration that helps officers with lower back pain? What is the ideal set-up that would reduce the weight on the lower back and hips and redistribute the weight to other areas? [Dan] The best fix would be a load-bearing vest, but since I doubt if you can find an administrator who thinks an LBV "looks professional," we'll probably never get them. Suspenders are good if you wear them under your shirt; wear them over your shirt and you're giving bad guys a handle.
