The proceedings opened with a short act of remembrance at 11.00am on 11 November 2008, a significant date on which to launch such a relative report.rnThe launch of a Needs Analysis Report of the Phoenix Groups followed in the Courtyard Hall of Baronscourt Estate. The report was prepared by and presented by Eileen Me Glone, Managing Director of QE5 Consultancy, Omagh, and was funded by the Special European Programmes Body through their local office in Omagh under the guidance of Mrs Brenda Hegarty and her staff of the Kevlin Road Office in Omagh. We are most grateful for their interest, guidance and support.The launch was attended by His Grace, The Duke of Abercorn, Monsignor Joseph Donnelly, the Reverend John Sweeney, Father Kevin Mullan. The main speaker and also a guest at the launch was the Reverend Harold Good.
