The US power generation fleet is expected to grownby 22 GW, or 2%, in 2015, to 1,296 GW with largengains in renewable generation and natural gas-fired powerncapacity, but also big declines in coal generation largely becausenof the Environmental Protection Agency’s Mercury and Air ToxicsnStandards (MATS) rule.
