West dailies mostly declined Monday amid weaker spot natural gas and mild temperature forecasts, despite higher projected demand. The California Independent System Operator forecast demand to peak at about 29,200 MW Monday, 29,800 MW Tuesday and 29,800 MW Wednesday.
