Faced with “a lot of homework” resulting from storm-related statelegislation expected to pass in the Texas Capitol by the end of May, thePublic Utility Commission plans to meet weekly in June, mostly in aworkshop format with no formal votes likely to be taken.“It looks like the Legislature is heading down some really newground that’s not well ploughed in terms of direction for thecommission, so I think it’s fair to say we’re going to have a lot ofhomework coming up,” Commissioner Will McAdams said during theMay 21 PUC meeting.
