The whole of the Southwest Power Pool footprint remained underconservative operations Tuesday due to above-normal outages, highloads and an uncertain wind forecast, SPP said.The SPP declared conservative operations Monday afternoon untilfurther notice.On Monday, SPP peakload reached 44,9GW, according to SPP data.Tuesday’s peakload is forecast to rise to 45.4 GW.As of 2 pm CDT Tuesday, SPP South real-time prices were in theupper $20s/MWh.
