Wholesale power fuel cost for residential and business consumers inthe Tennessee Valley Authority hit the lowest April mark since 2013, onthe expectations for higher hydro generation and lower sales inFebruary, according to TVA.For the billing period beginning April 1, the total monthly fuelcost will be 1.680 cents/kWh for residential and businessconsumers, 1.643 cents/kWh for large manufacturing customersand 1.665 cents/kWh for other large general service customers, TVA spokesman Scott Brooks said Wednesday.
