The ERCOT electric power market gained on Thursday, with colder weather expected to give some support to spot pricing in the region. ERCOT North Hub real-time on-peak with delivery on Friday increased on the day, trading at around $26.00/MWh, up more than 75 cents from Wednesday’s Intercontinental Exchange settlement of $25.25/MWh.
