Western daily power prices rebound on strengthening demand

Across the West, day-ahead power prices trended up for Monday delivery as warmer-than-average weather was forecast to return following a cooler weekend. In the Northwest, the Mid-Columbia on-peak day-ahead package gained $4 to trade in the low $30s/MWh on the Intercontinental Exchange for Monday delivery. The on-peak weekend package priced near $23/MWh on ICE for Sunday delivery.
