New York daily power prices were mixed Thursday on higher spot gas prices with steady power-demand projections, as New England power dailies were weaker on higher power-demand projections. In the New York Independent System Operator footprint, NYISO Zone A West on-peak day-ahead locational marginal prices jumped nearly $11 to more than $40.50/MWh for Friday delivery, according to the ISO data.
